Give Your Time & Talent
Become an Umbrella handyman or handywomen!!! If you are handy around the house or have professional experience in home repair we want to here from you. In addition, many Umbrella members need help with lawn and garden work, house cleaning, tranportation to appointments and grocery shopping.

If you can help, email us by clicking the button on the left side of this page. You will receive $10 an hour for the work you do. Most importantly, you'll be helping someone in you community to remain in their own home.

Despite the low cost and effectiveness of our program, many seniors and persons with disabilities are unable to afford the membership fee, and sometimes, even the hourly rate for service. Because these individuals are often the most in need of help in their homes, Umbrella uses funds for subsidized memberships that are raised through the gifts and grants of concerned corporations, generous individuals in the community and socially conscious foundations.
